Innovations in Contrast Material Delivery Systems for CT: Impact On The Workflow and Cost Of CT Operations

Program Summary

In the last few years, modern power injectors have seen technological advances, which now make them a critical component in the CT Suite. In many busy academic and community imaging settings the average practicing radiologist or radiologic technologist is not likely to be aware of these many technological advances and the growing role this component plays in their ability to image effectively, efficiently and ultimately increase the opportunity for patient safety in their facility.

In this Expert Forum webcast Dr. Dushyant Sahani, Massachusetts General Hospital and Prof. Xavier Montet, Geneva University Hospital aim to provide a brief history of the evolution of the power injector and a look at how new equipment can save time, money and increase the opportunity for patient safety in your CT suite.
