Program Summary:

CASE 1 FREE PREVIEW ONLY: This program is a “Pay To View” program. To view the entire episode and obtain CME credits you must first purchase the program. Once purchased links will be provided from within your “MyAR Archives” page for access to the program and the online exam to earn CME credit.

In this session, Dr. Semelka demonstrates various forms of pancreatic disease. He demonstrates the tremendous power of MRI to evaluate the full range of pancreatic abnormalities, rendering MRI superior to CT.

Case 1: Pancreatic Mass. Focal fat in a pancreas mimicking a pancreatic mass. (FREE Preview Provided)

Case 2: Pancreatic Divisum. Pancreatic divisum and side branch IPMN.

Case 3: Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma. Pancreatic cancer with a classic double duct sign and micrometastasis to the liver.

Case 4: Microcystic Serous Cystadenoma. Serous microcystic cystadenoma of pancreas in a patient with underlying cystic fibrosis with multiple organ involvement.

Case 5: Adenocarcinoma. Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.

Case 6: Islet Cell Tumor Metastasis To Liver. Patient status post Whipple’s procedure with hypervascular liver metastasis, consistent with islet cell tumor metastases.

Case 7: Islet Cell Tumor Metastasis To Liver. A small islet cell tumor with the additional finding of probable ascending cholangitis.

Approximate Run Time: 59 Minutes
