Program Summary:

In this episode, Dr. Semelka reviews cases involving renal cell carcinoma, rectal adenocarcinoma, neuroblastoma, and hepatocellular carcinoma.

Case 1: Renal Cell Carcinoma. This case illustrates a large renal carcinoma arising from the upper pole of the right kidney, with tumor thrombus in IVC and multiple small lymph nodes. (FREE Preview Available)

Case 2: Rectal Adenocarcinoma. This case a rectal adenocarcinoma with extensive local and perirectal lymph nodes. Emphasis is made that MRI can demonstrate comprehensive information on the primary tumor, metastasis and adjacent structures.

Case 3: Neuroblastoma. This case illustrates neuroblastoma of the left adrenal gland with multiple liver metastases. This is a pediatric case and the study has been performed at 3T, which may be ideal for small-sized patients.

Case 4: Diffuse Hepatocellular. This case illustrates diffuse hepatocellular carcinoma associated with multifocal hepatocellular carcinoma. Discussion is made of the differences between diffuse and multifocal HCC.

Approximate Episode Run Time: 60 Minutes
